Cruise Control: Dream Cruises expands ‘Support Local’ initiative to include more Singaporean brands

Riding on its success in September this year, Dream Cruises announced the second edition of its ‘Support Local’ initiative in its efforts to continue supporting the growth of homegrown lifestyle brands while bringing new experiences to customers.

Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, the initiative helps to profile local brands especially during this challenging period where businesses are impacted by COVID-19. The first edition of the ‘Support Local’ initiative drew good demand, supporting homegrown brands in their efforts to grow while promoting Singapore’s cultural heritage. It also provides a gateway for Singaporeans to rediscover our homegrown talents and encourages them to consider local products especially during festive seasons.

The six local brands involved in this second edition are four Made With Passion[1] brands – Singapore’s first homegrown producer of new Asian marmalades and nut buttersStraits Preserves, design-led lifestyle storeSupermama, homegrown fragrance label Scent By SIX, and bean-to-bar chocolate companyFossa Chocolate, as well as Singapore’s homegrown soap brand Soapaholic SG and aroma medicated oil Three Star Brand.
