Chef Kin Wanton Noodle opened in September at Yishun Street 61 Blk 632 to overwhelming support, with people standing in line for two hours for their Wanton Noodles, Beef Brisket Noodles, and more. With so many people lining up for his noodles, Chef Chan Wing Kin will be opening another outlet at Blk 59 New Upper Changi Road on 26 November 2021, and subsequently, at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4 on 14 December 2021.
Chef Chan says, “The amount of support and love shown to my humble bowl of noodles has just been astounding. My team and I were just blown away by the reception we received. We were selling over 1,000 bowls a day and some days we just sold out! Without the support of all our customers, all this wouldn’t be possible and I would like to say a big thank you to them. I truly believe that good bowl of Hong Kong wanton noodles should be available to all and not just in Cantonese restaurants. With this expansion, it is one step closer to making my wish come true.”
Fans of Chef Kin HK Wanton Noodle will enjoy the same Wanton Noodles ($5) made with creamy duck egg noodles and chunky dumplings filled with prawns, Braised Beef Brisket Noodles ($5.50), which is made with tender beef brisket that has been braised for 4 hours, and, of course, the delicious soup, which is made with old hen, top grade pork, Jinhua Ham, and dried flounder fish.
