Chico Loco is making your National Day that much more exciting, with a parade-worthy lineup of signature Chico Loco rotisserie meats, locally-inspired sauces and special sides exclusively created on delivery for Singapore’s National Day celebrations from 30th July 2021 to 21st August 2021.
Start your meal off with a tribute to Singaporeans’ love for all things with salted egg, with the Salted Egg Chicken Skin, golden crispy chicken skin generously coated with salted egg. Tossed with curry leaves and chilli padi for a fiery kick, these snackers promise surefire explosions of savoury goodness at home. Meanwhile, their spin on chicken rice will have you delighted, with the Chicken Fat Rice, with multigrain rice tossed with aromatic ginger, spring onions, green apple and fragrant sesame oil.
Brand new sauces have also been launched in homage to our local cuisine, with decadent Salted Egg, spicy Curry, nutty Satay and Black Pepper Sauces, celebrating the diversity of our nation’s regional influences in traditional Singaporean dishes today. Accompanying Chico Loco’s classic rotisserie chicken or lamb as an add-on, these sauces are also available as a Sauce Sampler for those who fancy an unabridged experience of Chico Loco’s special National Day rotisserie dinner offerings.
Back by popular demand and making a special appearance, guests can also expect a delicious feast with Chico Loco’s tasty dry-rubbed Chipotle Barbecued Baby Back Pork Ribs or smoky Chile Colorado Beef Short Ribs, generously slathered in a fiery blend of guajillo, ancho and chipotle chillies that will bring the barbecue to anyone’s living room. The roast banquet ends with a classic crowd-pleaser that’s been given a Mexican spin: warm Raisin Bread Butter Pudding with Mezcal Dulce Leche, or sweet Prickly Pear Agua Fresca for teetotalers craving a non-cheeky nightcap.
