PHUKET, THAILAND – The Slate, the whimsical art-inspired beachfront resort in Phuket, is inviting families and friends to celebrate in style this Easter, with an extra special Sunday brunch that showcases exceptional cuisine and fun-filled activities for children.
Easter is a wonderful time of year for loved ones to come together, as the world emerges from winter, flowers start to blossom and a sense of optimism sweeps over us all. The Slate is giving its guests and local residents the opportunity to mark this magical time of year with an epicurean extravaganza that will delight all ages.
The Slate Easter Sunday Brunch

Hosted on 4th April 2021, the Easter Sunday Brunch will present a selection of delicacies from around the world in a spectacular setting, including the finest produce from land and sea and an array of seasonal specialties, all immersed in an exotic and eclectic ambience of art, architecture and design.
Diners will be treated to sumptuous seafood, such as live Canadian lobsters, freshly-shucked oysters and our chef’s tempting “Tuna Twilight”, along with succulent meats including prime wagyu beef rump, rotisserie chicken and the dramatic centrepiece, whole spit-roasted pig, cooked to perfection and carved to-order.
These delicious dishes will be accompanied by a wide range of vibrant salads and stunning side dishes, a variety of cheeses and more. And of course, every diner will be able to end their Easter feast with a series of delectable desserts and sweet treats.
Adults will be greeted with a special welcome Easter beverage, and unlimited drinks are available throughout the afternoon, including fresh fruit juices, soft drinks and smoothies. Free-flow wine and bubbly are sure to add a little extra fizz into the afternoon for parents, who can relax safe in the knowledge that their kids are being fully entertained with Easter-themed activities at the lagoon pool from 11:00 to 16:00 hrs. Youngsters will be able to take part in exciting arts, crafts and games, such as egg painting, bunny photo frame making, ice cream tasting and of course, a traditional Easter egg hunt!
Then after brunch ends, all diners can spend an enchanting afternoon unwinding in The Slate’s 25 acres of lush tropical gardens, sparkling pools and cascading waterfalls, which open out onto the golden sands of Nai Yang Beach and the crystal clear waters of the Andaman Sea. Culture-seeking guests can also discover a living tapestry of post-modern art, with installations and sculptures that reflect Phuket’s industrial tin mining heritage. The Slate’s Easter Sunday Brunch is priced at only THB 2,950 per adult, including the buffet brunch and free-flow drinks, or THB 1,225 per child (7-12 years) including activities and free-flow soft drinks and juices. Kids under 7 years of age dine for free.
