The luxe line-up includes mouth-watering treats such as Boston Lobsters on Ice, Caramelised Foie Gras with Cherry Morello and Ginger Crumble, and Oven Baked Pork Ribs with Spicy Tomato Paste alongside sweet delights like the Durian Pengat, Crème Brûlée and Strawberry Chiffon Yule Log.
